The space This designer apartment has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and wardrobes, maids room, spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. It also boasts a large balcony with outdoor furniture and beautiful views. Total size of apartment is 2150 square feet! For breakfast, lunch and dinner - there is 3 beautiful restaurants/cafes in the building on ground floor. The apartment is fitted with top amenities for a truly comfortable stay, including 65-inch Smart TV, high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, kitchen utilities (microwave, stove, oven, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso machine, etc), washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and more! Hotel-quality bed linen and towels are provided for each guest. Travel baby cot (for children 0-2 years) and high chair can be provided for free upon request, subject to availability. There is also a kid's club in the building - on paid basis. Other things to note As your hosts, our goal is to make your vacation is as memorable as possible! To ensure a smooth and comfortable stay, kindly review the information below: 1) IMPORTANT: We need to receive passport copies (or Emirates ID) of all guests at least 48 hours before arrival in order to register you online in accordance with local laws and new building security regulations. Without this information check-in on the spot will not be allowed unfortunately, and may be delayed for up to 24 hours. 2) EARLY CHECK-IN: Earlier check-in is subject to availability. If the apartment is empty, and if cleaners are able to prepare it earlier, we will provide early check in for free (from 10:30am). If the apartment has guest check-out on that day, only standard check-in time at 15:00 will be available. This can be confirmed ONLY one day before arrival date. If you want to guarantee 100% early check-in availability at any time, please make the reservation starting from the day before. 3) LATE CHECK-OUT: Late check-out is subject to availability. If there is no upcoming reservation on the same day, we will provide late check-out for free (until 15:30). If there is an upcoming reservation on the same day, only standard check-out time at 11:00am will be possible. This can be confirmed ONLY on check-out date. If you want to guarantee late check-out availability at any time, please make the reservation until the following day. 4) RESIDENTIAL RULES: Please respect your neighbours and follow rules in common areas, such as: lobby, outdoor pool, parking, beach, etc. You must not cause problems or discomfort to other residents during your stay. Strictly no smoking, parties or loud music, alcohol or drugs consumption, staying naked or inappropriately dressed in common areas. Breaking any of these rules will cause a report to security and police and can lead to an immediate check-out from the property with no refund. 5) COMMON AREAS: Please note that any maintenance works or temporary closures of common areas such as the outdoor pool or beach is outside of host’s responsibility and therefore cannot be the term for complaint or refund. 6) HOUSEKEEPING: This is a private apartment managed exclusively by a licensed holiday homes operator. It is not a part of hotel and is not managed by a hotel operator. Therefore hotel-grade services such as daily cleaning is not included, but weekly cleaning can be provided for free upon request for stays of 7 days or longer.
