Five rooms available to sleep up to 12

The rooms on the first floor of this beautiful Georgian Farmhouse are offered as well as the use of the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and lounge with an open fire. The farm is surrounded by a beautiful and historic landscape which you are welcome to explore. Beyond this are the cities of Bath, Bristol and Wells, all within a 30 minute drive. The space There are five bedrooms on offer, a super kingsize room, two kingsize rooms and a twin single room on the first floor and a double room on the ground floor with an adjacent shower room. In addition, there is a double sofa bed in the largest bedroom if required. The ground floor offers a games room, with a half size snooker/billiard table and a darts board; a large lounge with a wood stove and a large , farmhouse kitchen with a range cooker. Please be aware that this is a large house on a working farm and is also my home. I generally do not sleep in the property while there are guests staying but there are times when I might need access. Guest access For bookings of four or less you will have the choice of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and the use of the main reception rooms and kitchen, no other guests would be staying. Bookings of more than four will have the use of all of the bedrooms if required and the additional ground floor spaces. Other things to note Dogs are welcome but will incur an extra cleaning charge of £40 per stay, assistance dogs will not incur this extra charge. Please ensure that dogs do not sleep on the beds. I have a wood fired hot tub that you are welcome to use. I charge £40 to cover the extra cost and need to know in advance if you require it. I will get it ready for the first use (on request) but if you require it for additional days you will be responsible for keeping it up to temperature. Please bear in mind that this is a farmhouse on a working farm and consequently there maybe "rural odours" at times and that whilst I endeavour to keep the space clean and tidy I cannot guarantee the same level of cleanliness you might find in a modern establishment!
