The house named "Santorini" belongs to the Aperado Paros complex. The property is located at Krotiri a few minutes drive from the Port of Parikia from which you can explore the island of Paros. The property also includes tennis court, private chapel and BBQ area. These facilities along with the s/w pool are shared with the other properties of the complex. Car or scooter is necessary. The property is not suitable for infants and children below the age of 12. The space The house is part of the complex Aperado Paros (Krotiri, Parikia) that consists of two more apartments and three studios. It is located in the upper level of the resort where you can enjoy the beautiful ocean and sunset view as well as the port of Paros and the island of Antiparos. It is a combination of a traditional, romantic, beautiful house that offers you what you expect for your vacations. The house offers you everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is equipped with air-condition, free WiFi, TV, DVD Player, stereo system. The ground floor of the house has the living room with the fireplace, a big sofa creation and a simple sofa. There is also the well equipped kitchen and the dining area. From this level you can go to the balcony in front of the house to enjoy the view or have your dinner in the back side of the house in the outdoor dining area. The small bathroom is in the same level of the house. A wooden staircase leads you upstairs to the master bedroom with the queen size bed, the closet and the exit to the terrace of the bedroom. From the living room another staircase leads you to the basement where the second bedroom is with the two single beds, an elevated single bed and the big bathroom with the round bathtub. The house is mostly eco friendly as it has a PV system so that the produced energy can support the needs of the resort. Guest access The swimming pool and the tennis court are available from 8:30-15:00 and 17:00-22:00. You cannot invite other people to use the pool and the tennis court.
