The space The accommodation includes a living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: - A common living room with equipped kitchen (large fridge/freezer), table and high chairs, as well as a sofa. - The room for rent is windowless and is equipped with a 140/200 cm bed with desk, TV and storage. - A separate and private bathroom completes the room with shower and sink. This bathroom will therefore be reserved only for you as a guest. - A separate shared toilet. - A second bedroom (occupied) with bed, desk, TV and small private bathroom with shower and sink. This room is occupied by a student. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning in the living room. In addition, both bedrooms each have a fan. The apartment was renovated in 2021 by us with special attention to limiting the environmental impact, focusing on sustainable/biodegradable materials and with refurbished equipment in very good condition. Being located between the ground floor and the basement, you will enjoy a very cozy and warm atmosphere thanks to the "loft/cabin" side and the wood widely favored as a material.
