Cozy, central apartment in a quiet area of the municipality. Located near the Sagalés company bus station, a 5-minute walk away. Places of interest: - 3 km to Sant Miquel del Fai - 1 km from Cim d'Aligues - 5 km from the thermal municipality of Caldes de Montbui. The space Features: - A 95 m2 apartment - A living/dining room -Fully equipped kitchen - A bathroom with a bathtub - A study room - A spacious room with the option of two beds, one main and one extra. With a large closet and desk. - Sunny apartment - Heating throughout the house Guest access Located within a block of apartments with only one other neighbor on the same staircase. Laundry use: - Stays shorter than 5 days: The use of the washer and dryer will be charged at €4. Detergent and fabric softener are included. - Stays longer than 5 days: There is no charge for using the washer and dryer, it is included in the room rate. Detergent and fabric softener are not included. During your stay I like to be home to welcome guests. My work schedule is in the mornings, until 3 pm. Guests can live completely independently. Check-in is better in the afternoon, but we can arrange it without a problem. Other things to note I have two very quiet cats. I do NOT allow other pets.
