Pet Friendly Beach House- ELENORA

Welcome to our beloved family holiday shack located in Ventnor, Phillip Island! Our home is suited to those who are after relaxed living in a close location to beautiful north facing beaches and an off leash dog beach-only a 5 minute walk away. There is also a very large backyard securely fenced and encircled with a lovey native garden, suited to hold all pets safely. Conveniently located, 10 minute drives from the famous Penguin Parade, Grand Prix Track and the beautiful Cowes. The space Being one of the first houses built in the suburb of Ventnor, our house holds an original and relaxed atmosphere that you're sure to love. A two story house, however it is only upstairs that is available at this stage. Upstairs consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom. Amongst this is a fully equipped kitchen, a large sunny deck, BBQ, a reverse cycle heater/air conditioner, living area with Smart Tv and a games cupboard for some extra fun! Ventnor is away from the tourist rush but only 5 minute drive to Cowes. Closest beach is Ventnor Beach, which is a short stroll away. This is the only off-leash beach for dogs available on the island. Lots of other nice walks close by, including the 'Wallaby Track' (best to go at sunrise or sunset for best chance of spotting). The beautiful Red Rock Beach is either a 3km walk or 5 minute drive around the corner. The Penguin Parade and the Grand Prix Circuit, all a 10 minute drive. Phillip Island Winery and the the Local "Store"for a coffee is a must. Please note that this is an older, family holiday house but is equipped and made with everything needed to make it feel like your home away from home. *PET FRIENDLY* Guest access ****Bookings for the MotoGP will have access to under cover parking for bikes and another queen size bed. This is for the weekend of 20 -23 October 2023 Other things to note We welcome dogs inside and supply towels for drying off after a beach outing and throws for the couch too.
