Perfect place for a summer holiday - private beach

Enjoy the southern shore of beautiful lake Balaton, get away from the city vibes for a splash of summer! Our newly renovated apartment is modern and cozy, with a nice balcony overlooking the lake. Relax on the private beach under the shade of the old trees or soak in the sun on the deck. This is a peaceful spot for rest, but in walking distance from the center of the town Balatonlelle, in case you miss the noise after a few days :-) We are also happy to give you program tips for your stay. The space The venue is a small apartman in a building with a huge garden with direct access to the lake (private beach area only shared by the owners of the other apartments). The apartment itself is around 30 m2, with one living room/bedroom, a kitchen and a private bathroom, plus a wonderful balcony overlooking the lake. Cozy for 2 person, can host 3 maximum. Tips for the best experience: - eat breakfast or sip an evening wine with a view from the balcony - enjoy a beautiful sunset on the beach - don't forget to count the stars at night from the pier! Guest access - fire place in the garden - bicycle storage - sun deck - you can use all the garden/beach area - swing, slide and sandpit for the kids in the garden - free parking on the street or in the parking lot of the building Other things to note Apartman is on the third floor, with no elevator.
