Nice apartment with balcony just in the the center

This our cosy apartment situated on the 4 Vardanants street on the 3rd floor . All main places is just walking distance. Apartment is comfortable to stay for 2 person , but if you are 3 it’s no problem , very comfy sofa-bed will available, too. Apartment has open balcony , which gives our apartment more comfort. The space First of all apartment has very convinient location. It’s just 5-15 min walk from all main sights of our city. Near the apartment a lot of cafes, restaurants , supermarkets. Guest access Guests can use whole apartment including balcony. Other things to note I kindly ask you to respect and take care of the apartment , as you would expect from the visitors before you. Please follow the house rules below: -no smoking inside the apartment -Don’t throw toilet paper in the toilet -Please clear up the kitchen and wash dirty dishes when you’re leaving -Take out your trash before departing -No pets are allowed in the apartment -I kindly remind you that check out before 11.00 am Thank you very much!!
