Villa Orrizonti - Enjoy the peace in a secure way

Our Villa Orrizonti is a perfect location for your holidays. 4 bedrooms, 3bathrooms, private 10x5 pool with beautifull views and garden only accessible by you. Only 30’ away from the Adriatic coast and from the Sibillini National Park, 1 hour to the airport. The space Beautifull restored farm house. Several original elements were kept - as the terracotta floors and beamed ceilings - but all confort is available and large windows to the garden and pool makes it very light and spacious. Ground floor holds a cosy but spacious living room, a dining room with windows that open completely to the pool, a well equiped kitchen and a storage room with washing machine. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms - one with double bed and 2 with twin beds and 2 bathrooms. All rooms with terracotta floors and ceilings, and a ceiling fan that will keep you cool in summer. In the separate annex there is another bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom. Guest access The house is on a very private property in the unspoiled countryside of Le Marche. (Attention : semi-paved road, less suitable for cars with low chassis) The garden holds some fruit trees and spacious lawn for children to play. The 10x5 pool has a separate section where small children can play safely. Around the pool you will find the patio where you can enjoy your italian diners or grills you cooked on the stone barbecue. All garden furniture and swimming towels are available. Any direction you will look, you will be gazed by the views on the peacefull countryside. Other things to note Please note that pool is only open from half May till end September. Internet and wifi available.
