Charming Villa in Arcachon – Les Abatilles

Our house is located in the quiet area of Les Abatilles between Arcachon center and Le Mouleau. Les Abatilles is a residential area amid pines, conducive to relaxation and walks. This is the perfect place for a vacation on the Arcachon basin. By bike you can quickly access the main places by bike paths: Plages des Arbousiers and Pereire (8'), shops (2'), tennis (8'), international golf (10'), Jetée du Mouleau (8'), Thalasso (8'), Jetée d'Arcachon (15'). The space Our house is comfortable and fully equipped (fridge, freezer, microwave, espresso machine, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). In the enclosed garden of 700 m2 you will have at your disposal garden furniture, relaxation, table, chairs, barbecue and a large terrace that can be covered by a motorized awning. Linens provided: sheets, blankets, bath towels, bath mats, dish towels. You have access to the whole habitable part of the house as well as its garden and terraces. Only the garage will not be accessible. You can park your car in the garden or in the free spaces on the street. As in most seaside resorts, the preferred means of transportation is the bicycle. You can do it safely thanks to the many bike paths. A one-minute walk from the house you have a bus stop that will allow you to quickly get to the center of Arcachon as well as the train station and the supermarket. The Abatilles district is ideally located for quick access to the quiet beaches of Arcachon Bay (on foot or by bike) but also to the ocean beaches (by car or bus). Guest access The entire grounds (700 m2) and the house (100 m2) are accessible to you. Only the garage will remain privatized and therefore not accessible. Other things to note Our land is fully fenced and accessible via a lockable gate. You can park there freely at the location provided for this purpose. You can also store your bikes safely there.
