Small wooden cottage, with all the amenities you need, in a nice corner of Provence, ideal for nature lovers. Located 650 m above sea level in the forest, you have a beautiful view of the mountain. there are many hiking trails... In the evening you can enjoy the starry nights and the calm. The cottage is not overlooked and has its own private garden area with sunbathing, table and chairs. The space The cottage is bright with beautiful through openings and very well insulated. We ourselves built it with eco-friendly materials (cork, wood wool, douglas, linen oil painting). It has two bedrooms with comfortable beds! The kitchen-living room is spacious and has all the necessities. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. . A sheltered terrace allows you to eat outdoors, observe, and listen to nature all around. Around the chalet, there is the forest, a space to eat, grill on the plancha (gas), sun loungers and trees to hang the hammock! The 4x7m pool is shared with another gite ( 2-4 pers.) Please note: the pool is available June 1-September 25th! Wifi is available at your request, but limited (no streaming, long-term Spotify etc.)possible. the 4G network works very well. Your pet friends: We accept your dog or cat on condition, but we need to talk about it beforehand. A washing machine is available for your use. It is close by outside the cottage. many of our tenants tell us that the chalet is more beautiful than the pictures... it's up to you to discover! Other things to note Valouse is a charming little village of about thirty inhabitants, located in the heart of nature at the foot of the beautiful Miélandre mountain. Life follows its course there through the seasons and changes in the colors of the landscape. There is a market gardener, a cutlery maker, a beekeeper, a wool weaver, a carpenter, goat and sheep farmers. There are many small and large walks, marked mountain bike trails nearby, a stream is not far away and beautiful climbing sites have recently been equipped nearby. Due to its small size, there are no shops in Valouse, but the first grocery stores are 15 minutes away. Valouse is ideally located 25 minutes from Nyons and Dieulefit, 2 charming towns, which allow the traveler to alternate walks, good restaurants, discovery of the region, tranquility and beauty of nature.
