Cosy, yet roomy, well-appointed 2-floor apartment with own entrance, suitable for year-round visits. Private off-street parking for two vehicles. Sunny, private, sitting out area at front. 2-night minimum booking. No smoking. No stag- or hen-party participants. The space You enter Scarside from the ample parking and outside space to the front of the property. The hallway has plenty of space for boots, shoes, coats and bags. Up the first flight of stairs is a spacious kitchen diner with peninsular, table, reclining sofa, stools and chairs. The wall mounted TV has Chromecast connectivity to allow you to stream any of your favourite shows or films from your own subscription services. Free to air TV is available through Freesat. Opposite the kitchen diner is a large shower room and comfortable sitting/TV room with double sofa and two relaxing chairs. Views of the sunset on this floor are always fantastic! On the upper floor are the two bedrooms - one with a comfortable king sized bed, the other with twin beds. Both have plenty of space to relax or get ready, with Velux windows letting in plenty of light. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property, including the excellent parking and outdoor space to the front of the property. There is a picnic bench and seating bench to enjoy the evening sun (yes, even in North Yorkshire!), whilst your vehicles are safely stored off-road.
