The room is over 35 m² and has a light-flooded bay window. Dream location right at the Triumphal Arch and thus right in the center. The perfect base for exploring the city. The space The guest room is located in a 220 sqm apartment in a listed house (built in 1873 and according to the travel guide one of the most beautiful houses in Innsbruck). In the apartment there are a total of 5 guest rooms which share 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets as well as the kitchen. There is also a living room with a large table. Other things to note A little more info: 1. Check-in is possible between 3 pm and 9 pm. Luggage drop-off/pick-up before check-in or after check-out is possible by arrangement, but costs 2.50 euros per person per day. 2. Paid parking (15 euros for 24 hours) is available at Maximilianstraße 2b, about a 50-meter walk from my apartment. 3. Please note that there is no coffee machine and no microwave in my apartment. Several bakeries offering breakfast are within a 2-minute walk. 4. Food/breakfast is not included, but I provide some tea and instant coffee. 5. There are 6 rooms in my apartment: your bedroom, 4 other Airbnb guest rooms and a living room. Don't worry, the apartment is very large (over 220 sqm). 6. The apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator. You will need to carry your luggage upstairs yourself. 7. There is a surveillance camera at the entrance to the apartment. 8. Late check-in (after 9 pm) will be charged 25 euros. Please let me know in advance if you need this.
