Description

Bright and beautiful lake house. Just a few meters from the marina. The house is located directly at the end of a cul-de-sac on a small piece of forest and has a small but fine property. 3 bicycles and 1 stand-up paddleboard are available free of charge during your stay. The space My house is bright and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The upstairs bedroom with balcony can be reached via a spiral staircase. The brightly tiled shower room has a window. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with beautiful dishes, a coffee machine, pots, cutlery and a wide range of glasses. The brightly tiled living room with floor-to-ceiling window leads to the conservatory. From the south terrace in front of the house with bench and table you have a beautiful view of nature. A sunshade and barbecue are provided. Guest access Private parking spot outside the house. Other things to note If I am not renting out my house, I use it myself and ask that you handle my personal belongings with care. My house is a no smoking home. No smoking in the whole house!
