Haus Wildbach #5 (50 sqm, private balcony)

Nestled in the tranquil Seegatterl district, our recently renovated "Haus Wildbach" offers a peaceful escape directly by a stream and the scenic Alpine road. You'll find yourself immersed in nature, away from the village's hustle and bustle, yet perfectly positioned for adventure. Cross-country ski trails, cycling routes, hiking paths, and the gondola lift to the Winkelmoosalm all start right at your doorstep. The space This apartment is great for guest who plan to spend most of their time enjoying the outdoors with biking, skiing and hiking right in front of the door. Located under the roof, it has slanted ceilings and a great view from the large, private balcony. The living room has a large, traditional Bavarian table (Jogltisch) and a comfortable sofa for lounging. The second bedroom has fullsize twin beds, but it's cosy with only a small window. The kitchenette is just big enough to prepare breakfast or a simple meal (Abendbrot) and features a hotplate, fridge and sink. It's not suitable for serious cooking, but in summer, you may enjoy a BBQ in the large garden. Please check the floorplan if you are unsure. Guest access Apart from your apartment, you will have access to our garden where we provide a firepit and BBQ as well as toys for kids. Next to the house you will find a ski and bike storage shed where you can lock in your gear safely overnight. On our parking lot, you will also find 2x 11kw electric vehicle chargers which support roaming and credit card payments. Other things to note We are beautifully located outside the core town of Reit im Winkl in Seegatterl. From here you can reach the 3-lake area (rightly called “Little Canada”), the ski lift and the slopes, two streams and the picturesque Alpine road within walking distance. However, the range of restaurants within walking distance is limited: in winter the Seegatterl Alm is directly opposite the car park and in summer you can hike 30 minutes to Nattersbergalm and 90 minutes to Winklmoosalm. There is also a bus stop in front of the door that takes you to the town center, Ruhpolding and even seasonally to Salzburg. However, most of our guests travel by car. Please keep this in mind if you decide to stay at Haus Wildbach.
