apartment with garden, surrounded by nature

NL-00003293 The apartment available is attached to our house. It has a separate entrance and plenty of outdoor space. It consists of two rooms, ideal for a family with two children. The location is surrounded by nature, surrounded by meadows and the tranquility is absolute! You can take beautiful trips in the immediate vicinity or take advantage of the entire Blenio Valley or the entire region. Bellinzona is about a 35-minute drive and Lugano or Locarno about an hour. The space This is a semi-detached house. The owners occupy one apartment and make the other available. The independent entrance, with direct access to the garden, guarantees good privacy. Equipped with all the basic comforts, it is heated with a pellet stove (in winter) and electric radiators. In the room that serves as an entrance, there are two single beds. Going up two steps, you enter the main room where the sleeping area with a double bed, the kitchen, the dining area and the bathroom are located. Outside there is the possibility to eat thanks to the garden table and chairs. You can also leave any bicycles or other items in a space that can be locked. For those with a dog, the garden is fenced with a net (not rigid). Dogs must not be left unattended by their owners. We provide the possibility of surveillance (day boarding) for a modest fee. Guest access Our house is visible on Maps with the name "Alle Bolle". The navigator should indicate the route. We recommend taking the "Corzoneso-Leontica-Nara" detour after the Dongio bridge (Biasca, towards Lucomagno). Once you arrive in Cumiasca, after the row of parking lots on the right, take Via Giurnench and then immediately In di Bóll. Other things to note We are located in an agricultural area with all the advantages... and some drawbacks. A couple of times a year the meadows are fertilized and for a few hours the smell can be strong. In mid-to-late October, sheep arrive in the surrounding meadows to graze the last grass before winter. It is a discreet presence and well fenced electrically. If you have a dog, be careful it doesn't get shocked! We, too, own three dogs.
