The property is located in a semi-detached house on a quiet side street with a very nice neighborhood. The house has a garden that can be used after consultation with the hostess if necessary. The room with bathroom is sunny, but has shutters on all windows to darken, also for guests who like to sleep in the darkened room. By S-Bahn train, it only takes about 20 minutes to Munich Central Station. With the S4 and S6 you also only need about 20 minutes to Marienplatz. Several bus lines are within walking distance. Ideally located for trade fair guests - only 10 minutes by car, as well as public transport. Conveniently located, as there is a highway connection to the city and nearby beautiful surroundings, such as Tegernsee, Chiemsee and also Salzburg (approx. 1.5 hours by car). Restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy etc. are within walking distance. Hiking and jogging opportunities nearby as well as sports facilities. The proximity to Austria and Switzerland makes the location of the house just as interesting as well as good transport links to the sights, such as Neuschwanstein Castle, Chiemsee, Tegernseer and of course the mountains with beautiful hiking trails.
