It is 10 meters from the historic Teatro Massimo and a 5-minute walk from the shopping streets, the train and bus station, the port and the lively Marina neighborhood The space The house is in a very quiet and cozy residential area. It is in a perfect position to reach the main points of tourist and cultural interest with small walks. In the nearby Corso Vittorio Emanuele there are craft shops and typical food products and characteristic restaurants. Guest access The house has a large living area on the ground floor - consisting of: entrance / living room - dining area - kitchenette and a bathroom . The sleeping area, on the upper floor, has a double bedroom complete with a relaxing corner with a loft and armchairs + a study area and a bathroom . On the ground floor there is a double sofa bed ( 3rd and 4th bed ) it is however possible, on request, to have an additional single bed to add in the double room ( alternatively also a camping bed for very young children) Other things to note The house is provided : umbrella for the sea - beach towels - two bicycles - cooler bag and popsicles .
