Great for families or friends, this bright studio apartment has a double bed in the living room. The supermarket is around the corner and bars and bistros are everywhere to enjoy in the Marais! The apartment features a well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with an electric stovetop, full-sized refrigerator with freezer, cooking supplies, dishes, etc. In the bathroom (in the hallway of the apartment), you have a shower/bath combination and a separate toilet room (WC). We have added a clothes washer/dryer combination unit in the kitchen for guest use. Laundry detergent provided! The apartment has WiFi and all utilities are included in the rental fee. We make sure guests have all the extra supplies they need, like shampoo, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Linens and towels are included, and the apartment will be professionally cleaned and prepared for guests. The apartment is located on a quiet street, and the building has an elevator. Please note there are lovely garden views but the garden is not accessible to guests and belongs to a separate building. The metro is about a 3-minute walk to metro Chemin Vert (Line 8) and Bus 29 is handy and runs just along the street at the end of the block. The apartment is in a very walkable location! You can enjoy bistros, bakeries and shopping within steps of your apartment.
