Charming River View Villa

This is a 4-bedroom villa which can accommodate 6-10 people. It has a view of picturesque river Sal and a coastline which is 350 meters away. It is well suited for couples and family group. It has two swimming pools, an indoor spa complex and 24hrs security guard. The space The 4th room is a children's size room, which houses a Sofa cum bed and which shares a common toilet (ensuite) with the other room. So 8 Adults can comfortably sleep in 4 independent bedrooms, although 2 rooms share a common ensuite. Besides this, there is a sofa cum bed in the Master Bedroom which can sleep 2 additional adults and One sofa cum in the Living Room which can also sleep 2 adults. So total sleeping space in 4 bedrooms is 10 adults, and 2 adults in the living room (if the need arises). The Masterbedroom is fairly large in comparison to the other 3 bedrooms. Basic rate per night is for min 6 adults. Every person over 6 persons is charged extra. Use of any additional sofa cum beds are permitted after the above extra charges are paid. Guest access Facilities and Services There is Wi-Fi in the villa; The complex has a restaurant with food delivery service to the villa; Maid service is every day (except Sundays & local festivals); bed linen is changed once in 3 days and towels are changed every 3days. The Maid DOES NOT CLEAN SOILED COOKWARE AND DISHES of the guests. Location It is specially recommended for family holidays in Goa in the shady gardens with comfortable climate. It is very relaxing with quiet beach and calm water; Near the villa, within 150 meters there is a restaurant with European cuisine and in 5 minutes walk from the main gate there is a shopping street of Cavelossim, where one will find the tourist area of trade, including flea and jewelry shops, restaurants and nightclubs. Other things to note On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room, kitchen and bedroom; On the top floor it has 2 bedrooms with a balcony on the perimeter of the house; All 3 bedrooms are spacious with modern furnishings; Bedrooms which are on the top floor has a terrace with amazing views of river and garden. Each room has its own private bathroom (en-suite) and air conditioning; The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, mini-oven and kitchen sets. WE DO NOT HAVE A COOK, NOR CAN PROVIDE ONE. In the living room there is a TV with provision of satellite channels.
