In a granite house, a fully renovated garden-level apartment, with all amenities. We are a 20-minute walk to the marina. You will find everything you need in the village: supermarket, bakery, butcher, tobacco,... 15 min from St Malo / Dinard / Dinan and 40 min from Mont St Michel Lots of hiking trails nearby: I'll leave you a map in the accommodation to discover all our walks. The space Accommodation fully renovated in 2022. We live right behind the property. In the bedroom, a 140 bed. We provide you with the sheets for sleeping. For the night, a window with shutters to sleep in complete darkness. In the bathroom: shower, small sink, and toilet. We can provide bath towels. Toilet paper provided. In the living room there is a sofa, TV and DVD player. There are some books and DVDs... Internet is available but the speed is slow in Plouer-sur-Rance, and yes, fiber optic has not reached us yet…😭 In the kitchen, ceramic hob, range hood, small fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, and classic coffee maker. I leave salt/pepper/oil/sponge/cloths/dishwashing liquid. A washing machine is also available in this apartment, no dryer but a clothes rack is there!!!! 😉
