It's 115 square meters big, self-heating, with a great terrace (furnished with a deckchair, a sun lounger, 2-6 chairs and a table). The interior, designed by an architect, is charming and cozy, full of details with custom made furnishings. The position in great: it's located at the beginnig of the wonderful "Lungomare Europa", a pedestrian street that leads to the most beautiful beaches of Varazze, where many people also go running in the morning. There’s also a bike rental 100 mt far from the house. Ps. The house is self-heating: you'll find the thermostat in the hallway next to the bathroom. Pps. We have good relationship with neighbors and we want to maintain it: please don't make too much noise after 23:00. Ppps. Inside the house is forbidden to smoke but you can do it on the terrace.
