Cosy self catering apartment

Our comfortable one bed apt is ideally located between Spanish Point & Miltown Malbay (2 miles from each). Sleeps 6 (but can sleep 7/8 but this is very tight) as double and single futon in living area as well as fold up bed. Non- smoking, close to Cliffs of Moher, Doonbeg, Lahinch & Doolin. The space Beautiful building at the back of main house. Bedroom contains one double and two single beds and sitting room futons convert to a double and single bed or combine to create a king size. Fold up single bed also available. Bed room contains dressing table and stool, three lockers, wardrobe and hangers. Towels and bed linen provided. Kitchen facilities include cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, cutlery, delph, pots and pans, table and chairs. Bathroom downstairs contains shower, toilet and sink as well as basic vanity area. Bookcase upstairs which contain a few novels and games. This is a non-smoking space but smoking is allowed outside provided cigarette litter is put in available sand pot. Ideal location if you want to check out surfing or water sports in the local area. Travel cot available on request. Wifi and Netflix on site. Please note that the space is limited when eight people are sleeping but it is an option should a large group need it. The bedroom sleeps 4, sitting room sleeps 3 ( a double and a single futon) and the fold out bed sleeps one but is very comfortable. Guest access Guests have access to television, Netflix, shower and toilet, garden, free parking, kitchen. Children have access to swings and play area at end of garden.
