This loft with its river view and large upstairs suite is unique. 100 m from the famous Hospices, it has an incredible view of the only river that crosses the historic center of Beaune. It is located in a very quiet square. We have completely renovated and decorated it as a tribute to Cinema and Hermès. It's very bright. Free parking in the immediate vicinity, restaurants and shops. The renovation of this loft and its decoration have been very neat, with the use of noble materials (old parquet, wood, stones, leather, linen, metal and rattan...). We are passionate about traveling around the world and we were inspired by our experiences on AirBnB to create a unique experience for travelers in the Burgundy region and especially in Beaune. The loft is distributed in two floors including: A LARGE SUITE inspired by the Cinema with exposed beams: Queen size bed, deep sofa bed for one person or two children, Jacuzzi brand island bathtub to relax, a sink, a period dressing table and toilet (in complete privacy because a curtain is present), video projector, coffee maker... baby bed option available. Air conditioning in the suite only. Natural style BEDROOM with 140*200 bed, baby bed option available. Very bright LIVING ROOM with river and square views, fully equipped kitchen (washer dryer, induction stove, SMEG fridge, oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker with coffee); LIVING ROOM AREA: A large sofa (sleeps 1 person and possibility to add an extra bed), flat-screen TV with TV box, bookcase.
