Located on the second floor with a seperate entrance you will have full privacy and access. Cook your own meals in the kitchen, which is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, pan´s, dishes, silverware etc. Sit down in the dining area and enjoy your food with your family. And if you feel lazy afterwards just lounge on the comfy couch and put on a movie on the smart TV or use the free WIFI. To keep you cool during that, there is a fan in the living room. If you want it cooler, head to the airconditioned bedroom and have the sweetest dreams on the queen sized bed. In the morning you can watch the sunrise from your private balcony and listen to the roosters sing. And after a fresh shower in your own bathroom, your ready for another wonderful day with us in the Philippines. Guest access You have full access and privacy entering the Apartment through a seperate entrance just for you. You can also use our on property parking if its available. Other things to note Parking is available on the street just in front of the building or on demand on the property. On additional charge, airport and ferry pick up and drop off can be arranged. A quick and cheap laundry Service is available too.
