"The Inspectors House" is situated in beautiful Alcester, in Warwickshire. Close to Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick Castle, the Cotswolds and the city of Birmingham, this early 20th Century family home has spacious rooms, along with all the modern amenities that you could need for your trip away. Pubs, Restaurants, Shops and supermarkets are walkable from the house, with an off-road parking space. Perfect for a family break or a trip away with friends, it really is a home away from home. Perfect location to base yourself as you explore the beautiful Warwickshire countryside. The Courtyard is shared with the owner of the property and can be used to gain access to the cars when unloading/loading/leaving the property. The garden is private and not accessible Downstairs: Kitchen: You will find everything you need - Electric oven, Microwave, Fridge-Freezer combo, Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer with a large kitchen table and chairs Living room: A welcoming, bright space which seats 6 with a TV unit. The front entrance opens directly into the Living room with a large window looking out onto the High Street. Dining room: Large dining room table which seats 6 comfortably along with a music system, games and books which you are free to use. You will also find a downstairs toilet with sink towards the rear of the house Upstairs: 3 bedrooms made up of 1x Queen Bed and 2x twin rooms making it perfect for a larger group Family bathroom with a bath with a shower above. -All linen for beds and towels are provided. Off road parking space so you can come and go to your hearts content. Guest access While you stay at the "Inspectors House" it's your home. You'll have your own key and private entrance at the front of the property. Other things to note To make your stay with us as comfortable and safe as possible, we have made some changes: 1. The front house key will be in a key box that is to the right hand side of the front door. The code will be sent to you prior to your check in. The owner, Paul, lives in the house next door and shares the rear courtyard. Any difficulties or issues, please either text or call Paul or send an Airbnb message. Alternatively you can ring the doorbell of No. 22. 2. When you leave, please place the keys back in the keybox, 3. In the kitchen we have minimised the crockery and cooking equipment to enable us to maintain a clean environment without any compromise to cleaning before or after your stay. Cleaning: We have followed the code of practice recommended by Airbnb and all handles, surfaces and cupboards have been thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before your stay. All bed linen has been washed to the recommended temperature and duration to uphold clean and safe standards.
