Beautiful and cozy house in the middle of nature

Our property is located in the beautiful, small and thus manageable Schabenhausen. Schabenhausen is a district of the municipality of Niedereschach. Niedereschach is equipped with everything you need for everyday life. Niedereschach is centrally located on the edge of the Black Forest, between Rottweil and Villingen. Or between Freiburg, Stuttgart and Lake Constance. Switzerland, Austria and Alsace can also be reached in less than 100 km. The space We offer our semi-detached house here. The rooms are all very friendly and brightly furnished. There is a master bedroom, as well as a room with two single beds. In the bedroom there is also space for a crib or an extra bed. Both the living room, as well as the bathroom and the kitchen / dining area are very spacious. Guest access The semi-detached house has a large terrace where you can have a wonderful breakfast or barbecue. As well as a large garden with plenty of lawn to play on. The garden has been newly landscaped so that our guests can now use a grill and fireplace. Our property includes a large courtyard where children have plenty of space to play. All toys and devices may of course be used at any time. Other things to note Hygiene measures I follow Airbnb's five-step enhanced cleaning process. This is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook, which was developed in partnership with experts. Here are the main points: I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob. I use cleaning agents and disinfectants recommended by global health authorities, and I wear protective gear to prevent cross-contamination. I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists. I provide extra cleaning supplies, so guests can clean the space during their stay. I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.
