You can easily get to l'île de la Cité or the Luxembourg Garden. ## The accommodation It is a great pleasure to welcome you in my 28 sqm studio entirely renovated and ideally situated next to the Pantheon. Luminous and quiet, you will have all the necessary so that your stay is a success! Located in the center of Paris and close to the public transportation, you can move easily by foot or by subway. It is composed of : - A spacious and luminous living room with a comfortable sofa bed which can welcome 2 people (160 x 200 cm), two small coffee tables, one dining table for 2 people and a flat screen television. - An kitchen opened on the living room with all the necessary : microwave-oven, fridge, kettle, and coffee machine Nespresso. - A beautiful and modern bathroom with a big shower, a washbasin, a towel dryer and a hair dryer. Toilets are also in the bathroom. You will have at your disposal a washing machine, the ironing equipment and storage spaces. We provide clean towels, high quality linens, vanity kits and some coffee caps. Of course you will have free access to the high speed Wifi! ## Guest access The apartment is located on the 4th floor, accessible by elevator. IMPORTANT: housing is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. You will be given one set of keys on your arrival. On arrival you will be welcomed by Luckey who will be dedicated in providing you with a high-quality service and make your stay with us pleasant and relaxing. We will assist with ensuring you have the keys to the apartment, fresh clean high quality towels and hotel quality linen, professional cleaning and any further assistance in case of need. ## The neighborhood This studio is situated in the center of Paris in the 5th district, the oldest district of Paris. It is composed of the Latin Quarter and its very important student population, the Pantheon and its famous street Soufflot, one of most smart and expensive of Paris, as well as Gallo-Roman vestiges which make this sector very touristic.
