Ground floor apartment, located in the lovely seaside village of Seaton Sluice, opposite the sandy beach. Shared parking with upstairs property. 3 Bedrooms including master with en-suite and king size bed, double bedroom with small conservatory and a children's room with 2 junior single beds. Maximum 4 adults (sharing 2 x 2) and 2 children. Lounge, kitchen, bathroom WIFI. A smoking and pet free environment so no pets allowed. Wheelchair friendly and beach location. Ideal holiday home only. The space Lounge, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, small conservatory, front garden, shared parking. Our parking place is next to the front garden, which is for our property's sole use. Guest access It's a shared drive and entry to our apartment is at the back of the property. Parking is shared but enough for two guest cars in appointed parking places. Preferably no vans and there is a free car park directly opposite, just over the main road . We aim to meet all guests on arrival but do have a key box too. There is an excellent bus service to Whitley Bay and towns along the coast and also direct to the city of Newcastle upon Tyne. Please advise us on booking ,how many vehicles will need to be parked. Other things to note Our entrance to the property is at the rear but host will be there to meet you on most occasions.
