WAKE UP IN PLAZA MAYOR

Hi! Welcome to Plaza Mayor and my home in Madrid! The apartment is very spacious and has 3 balconies with amazing view to Plaza Mayor :) House is good enough for 2 person or family with a kid or teenager :) Remember that you are in a residential building and that you have neighbors, please avoid the noises. There are many good parties in the city, not in this little house :) The space LIVING ROOM: is very spacious and has two balconies with amazing view to Plaza Mayor. There is also a sofa bed, perfect for a kind or teenager :) DINING AREA: has a big table with space enough to invite friends come over to have a quiet dinner (max 6 person). BEDROOM: has an amazing and comfortable mattress with 4* hotel quality which is perfect for rest :) The room is also has a balcony to Plaza Mayor. The windows are with doble glass and there is also black out door to isolate and zoning a room. But as you can see that all apartment is right in Plaza Mayor. So if you are used to completely zoning spaces and sleeping with any noise on the background maybe couple of earplugs will be necessary for you (just in case). Is not noisy but maybe you can still hear something / somewhere very far on the background! But... COME ON! YOU ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MOST MAJESTIC PLACES IN CITY! ENJOY IT BATHROOM: has a shower and two plugs KITCHEN: has space enough to cook and you can find everything you need for it :) Other things to note AIR conditioner: As you know, July and August in Madrid are the hottest mouth during the summer in Spain. The house has a SPLIT AIR conditioner system. That means two things: 1. You can manage the temperature by your self. 2. It takes a bit of time to freeze all spaces. But once is done, the temperature is totally comfortable to stay in :) The bedroom doesn't has but with open door to salon it gets fresh the same way :) In case you need some fresh air urgently you can find a fan in the closet :)
