The house is about 800 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the largest shopping center in Costa Blanca, Zenia Boulevard. It has a lot of shops, restaurants, cafes and leisure áreas. At 5 minutes by car there are 3 international golf courses in Villamartin and at 12 minutes by car is the water park "Aquopolis" of Torrevieja.
