Hello! My name is Shpresa, and I live on the first floor of our building with my husband, Vladimir. Occasionally, our two daughters Guina and Glejdis join us—Guina is currently studying in Frankfurt, and Glejdis is working in Berlin. When you book our apartment, you'll stay on the fourth floor. Since I manage a second job, either Vladimir or one of our daughters will personally welcome you and assist with your check-in at any time. The space Welcome to Our Home in Tirana! Our Apartment Includes: - Sleeping Space: 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests - Comfort: Fresh cotton linens and towels, air conditioning in all rooms - Living Area: Large open space with a smart TV and super-fast Wi-Fi (250 Mbps) - Kitchen: Fully equipped with essentials like olive oil, salt, pepper, and sugar - Balcony: Spacious 65 sqm balcony for relaxing or working outside - Extras: Hairdryer, washing machine - Parking: Street parking or parking within the building if your car fits If there's anything else you need, don't hesitate to knock on our door—we're always happy to help! Our flat is designed to keep out the busy street noises of Tirana, so you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout your stay. Other things to note The apartment is on the 4th floor of a building with no elevator, so please note that you will need to climb up quite some stairs. :)
