Sea Nature & Relax at Charming Prainha Beach House

Our gorgeous and attractive Beach TownHouse is located in the peaceful complex Prainha Village, a resort by the sea w/ over 35ha of gardens on the cliffs. It is a duplex for max 6 guests and the ideal place for a happy family holiday or a relaxed get together with friends. A simple walk inside the resort gets you to attractive sea views and breathtaking beaches. Close by, you have many things to visit, discover, enjoy the freshness of the Atlantic, nature, good weather and good food. The space BEACH TOWNHOUSE Our Beach TownHouse is a duplex for max 6 guests w/ contemporary design mixed with traditional materials. For your comfort, on the ground floor, you have a large living room w/ sofa bed, dining room, kitchen and a small bathroom. On the 1st floor, two charming bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Each of the bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 twin beds) has its own private bathroom. The dining room seats 4 to 6 people. The traditional terra-cota floor and white furniture contribute to a sense of Mediterranean flavor. The spacious living room is the perfect place to relax in the comfortable sofa bed, armchair and poufs while having a fresh beverage, playing family games or, if you feel like, turning on the flat-screen cable TV or even connecting the wireless speaker for just chilling out. The house is climatized (A/C and heating) in the living room and bedrooms and it has LCD, cable TV, fast Internet and free wi-fi access. Kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob and extractor fan, fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave and dishwasher & washing machine. Kitchen essentials are also provided, as well as a blender, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and small electric grill. The patio with lawn and deck is the place where you can relax, eat outside at the wooden outdoor table and chairs and enjoy the warm Summer days and nights. In the garden area you can enjoy the sun on a lounger and a lounge pillow. The beach townhouse is prepared for children of all ages and we have a travel cot, high chair, baby cutlery and toys. Clean towels, linens and sheets are provided. For guest's use, we also have beach towels, beach folding chairs, sun umbrella, mini-surf boards and beach toys. You have free private parking by the house and a lot can be done by foot, including the short walk to the beach, just a few minutes away. Just a few steps from our Townhouse, in a quiet spot where you can relax, you have the Prainha Village M&N pools, including an adult and a children pool. You also have access to the Prainha Clube pools and to the amazing Atlantic Pool, a shell-shaped swimming pool on the top of a cliff set among a unique and amazing scenery with the ocean as background! The swimming pools are closed during the Winter season (from mid-Autumn until the beginning of Spring). However, as the resort has direct access to the beaches of Prainha and Praia dos Três Irmãos, with amazing sandy bays, its own rock arches, caves and sea stacks, our Beach TownHouse is also the perfect place for your out-of-season holidays. PRAINHA VILLAGE Prainha Village is located by the sea, stretching around 35ha of green lawns along a cliff w/ one of the most beautiful views in the Algarve, with direct access to Prainha (prainha means small beach and gives the name to the complex) and Três Irmãos beaches. The amazing views, perfect gardens, unique atmosphere and range of accommodation make Prainha Village an excellent and relaxed place for your happy family holiday or a get together with friends! Motor vehicles access to the complex is limited to assure that you have a quiet area and can take pleasant and peaceful walks in the gardens and lawns without leaving the complex. W/ fantastic views over the sea from its cliff-top position, Prainha Village offers amazing natural surroundings and a long list of high-quality services and facilities. The complex has beautiful gardens and security 24hrs/day. Everything you need is at a walking distance. There is direct access to Prainha beach through the elevator built in the rocks and you also have access to the Três Irmãos beach right next to it via a ramp. There are 3 outdoor swimming pools (and 2 outdoor pools for children), one just a few meters from the townhouse, another one on the cliff top with amazing sea views (“Piscina Atlântica” swimming pool) and one by the hotel. Prainha resort has 4 restaurants: “Caniço” (incl. a bar with live music) which is actually built within the cliffs and hovers above a picturesque cove of Prainha beach, another restaurant at “Piscina Atlântica” with the most stunning view, “Miss Pasta” (Italian) and a restaurant at the hotel. There is also a grocery store with fresh produce and hot bread every morning. There are 2 playgrounds, futsal field and tennis court. Tennis court has an extra charge. Services incl. the lift, restaurants, swimming pools and grocery store are only open from April to end of October. If you are visiting out of season, you will find plenty of options for good restaurants and supermarkets in nearby Alvor, Praia da Rocha and Portimão. Surrounding area is calm, close to the best golf courses in the region, incl. a famous one just 3kms from the TownHouse. Prainha Village is 2kms away from the fishing village of Alvor and from Praia da Rocha, two different places but famous for their natural beauty, restaurants, coffee shops, handicraft and night life. You can also hire bikes, stand up paddles and other water sport materials in the area. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire townhouse (95 m2 indoor space + patio with lawn and deck). There is free and unlimited internet connection. You will receive a special card that gives you access to private parking close to the townhouse. As a guest, you will also have access to all facilities within the complex, including the lift that leads directly to the beach, 3 swimming pools, 2 playgrounds, futsal field, tennis court, gym, spa, restaurants and grocery store (tennis court, gym and spa have an extra charge). These facilities are opened from April until the end of October, except for the spa which is opened all year round. If you are visiting out of season, you are very welcome to relax and enjoy the scenery, the beautiful gardens, the nice spots of the resort and the beaches. In addition, you will find plenty of options for good restaurants and supermarkets in nearby Alvor, Praia da Rocha and Portimão.
