Completely renovated 16th century farmhouse surrounded by nature. Composed of 4 adjacent and independent apartments (Indigo, Chili, Saffron, Mint). The Indigo House is an apartment for 2 people. Upper floor: double bedroom, bathroom with shower, covered and furnished terrace with panoramic view of the Alps. Ground floor: living room, kitchen with dining table, exit to the garden with table, chairs, deck chairs under the vine pergola, private garden in front of the house. Southwest exposure The space - The swimming pool (open May, June, July, August and September) is shared with the guests of all the apartments. Other shared spaces: barbecue and terrace near the pool. - For logistical and safety reasons, and for the well-being and tranquility of other guests in other apartments, it is not permitted to host or receive visits from people not included in the reservation. Guest access Smoking is prohibited inside the house, but is permitted outside. Other things to note - Tourist tax: 1.50€/night per person - Italian law requires that each person must be in possession of their own valid identity document or passport for recognition and registration with the Authorities (Art. 109 T.U.L.P.S.). In the absence of a valid document it will not be possible to accommodate people without it. -Towels will be changed free of charge after 5-6 days for stays longer than a week.
