Other things to note Important: Once booking is confirmed, we require our guests to send a copy of Valid ID/ School ID of every staying guest as this mandatory requirement of the building admin and security. This will ensure a smooth and hassle-free check in. -One time set up of Linens, towels and Toiletries. - Number of towels and basic toiletries will set up according to the number of guests declared. -Swimming pool rate is 150/head per use (regular days) and 250 /head per use on holidays. Payable at admin's office -Gym is 150php per head per use. Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Keep our place clean and tidy. Switch off appliances if you're not using them. Pay Parking (depends on availability) with a fee of 30php on the 1st 2 hours plus 10pesos on the succeeding hours. or Reserved PARKING (sure slot) with a fee of 400php/ night (inform me ahead of time if you want to avail, so i can arrange and assist you)
