The pristine beach is just steps away, across a greenbelt/conservation area (where you may see buck, tortoise, mongoose). The space The accommodation consists of a cozy lounge area, small fully-equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms and bathroom with double shower. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has two ¾ beds. There is secure parking area for 1 vehicle behind a remote-control gate. The lounge and main bedroom have sliding doors leading onto a patio which has a built-in braai. There is also a Weber braai available and additional deck chairs. The outside shower (hot/cold water) is round the corner from the patio. The kitchen is equipped with large fridge/freezer, microwave, countertop oven with 2 plates, cutlery, crockery and tea & coffee is provided. The flat screen TV has independent DSTV channels and there is free WiFi. There is a washing machine in the bathroom and an ironing board, iron and hairdryer are also available. In the case of load shedding there is an inverter for lights and TV. The property is situated 5km from the town, in a safe and secure neighbourhood and there is 1 parking bay available in front of the cottage, behind automated gates. Additional parking is available on the street. There is a park around the corner and a lagoon in which children can splash around and where pink Flamingos are often seen. Board games are available on request. Guest access Please note: the driveway is fairly steep, so when driving in & exiting, its best to drive up the gentler slope which is on the right-hand side of the house as you approach the house (sea is on the left) Other things to note The apartment is sanitised and cleaned thoroughly, in between stays, in accordance with Covid regulations. We have a generator in case of power failure/emergencies.
