We are ideally located 5 minutes from Clisson (southeast of Nantes), only 35 minutes from Puy du Fou and close to many sights in Vendée and Maine & Loire. The room is located in a peaceful village in the heart of the Muscadet vineyards. Breakfast is included in the rate. The space The room, redone in 2016, is modern and spacious. It is completely independent and can accommodate 2 people. (Possibility of adding a baby cot on request.) It has a king size bed (160 × 200 cm) of very good quality and an adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower. The toilet is separate and private. The accommodation is completely independent (The owner lives in another part of the house). The bed and breakfast includes: - towels provided - bed linens provided - hair dryer - Wi-Fi - At your disposal in the room on the ground floor to help you with a few meals (be careful as it is a guest room and not a cottage, it is not a real kitchen): stove, sink, fridge, microwave and kitchen utensils. --------------------------------------- BREAKFAST is served in the room provided for this purpose on the ground floor of your room. In summer, you can enjoy a sunny breakfast on the outdoor terrace (weather permitting). It is served between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., times to be confirmed on the day of your arrival with Mrs. Fleurance. Choice of: Tea/Coffee/Herbal Tea/Chocolate/Milk – pastries – juice – homemade jams – fresh bread – etc... Guest access Your room is private and set apart from the family property. Access is completely independent. If you wish, you can enjoy our terrace and family garden (swing for children). The bedroom is upstairs and is accessed via a staircase. (Not suitable for people with reduced mobility). During your stay The guest room has been managed since 2006 by Bénédicte (the daughter) and Marie-Thérèse Fleurance (the mother) who lives there.
