Double or triple room, with a window to an interior courtyard and a private bathroom. Very quiet neighborhood, with all kinds of services. Metro and bus stops 5 minutes away. AVE station just a 15-minute walk away. The space The room has three beds of 90 cm each. Right next door is the bathroom. Guest access Only the use of the room and bathroom is allowed and in the kitchen you can only use the oven and microwave. Only my husband and I live in the house, there are no other tenants. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the room During your stay We live in the apartment, so we are available for any questions. Other things to note Only the oven and microwave can be used in the kitchen.
