There are also two other closed bedrooms: bedroom 2: bed 1.80 m x 2 m, bedroom 3: bed 1.60 m x 2 m, private bathroom and toilet. The space The apartment is on the 2nd floor. From the entrance hall, turn right into the large eat-in kitchen, which is fully equipped. In addition to a fridge, stove with oven, there is a dishwasher. Washing machine can be used after consultation. The kitchen is adjoined by the large roof terrace. Opposite the kitchen is the large living and guest room with an area of about 32 square meters. The original two rooms are connected by the exposed timber frame. If necessary, these rooms can be separated again by a curtain. In one room there is a bed with 140 cm width x 200 cm length, in the other room there are two single sofas, which can also be used as a bed (each 90 x 190 cm). In another enclosed room there is a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a baby bed as well as a large wardrobe. Opposite this room there is another enclosed room with a bed 160 cm wide x 200 cm long, which comfortably accommodates two people. In addition to a bathroom with a corner bathtub, there is a separate toilet. The apartment is for a maximum of 6 people. If required, another apartment can be rented in the same house.
