Traditional & Modern Double Cinema Room appt

This traditional and homely 3 story, 1st floor apartment finished with a modern touch. Situated in a quiet street just a 6 minute walk from the station 15 minute walk from the city. On a quiet street, accommodating a sunny roof balcony with a view towards the city. Guest access I have installed an electronic lock and a key locker next to the door and when not present I will arrange an electronic Nuki invitation for the lock and for a key to be ready for you, so you will be free to arrive at a time to suit. The code for the key safe is changed weekly, so will be provided on request. Once the number is entered, just push it to release. To lock please just hold closed whilst you roll the barrels to a different number. Other things to note Due to the apartment being unoccupied the majority of the time the heating is turned low. On arrival, if heating is required, just turn up the dial in the living room as required, but please ensure to turn it back down on departure. The rooms also have individual thermostats, so may also need adjusting. There are the basic groceries in the cupboards and fridge that may be used.
