This is a private studio apartment with its own private elevated entrance (10 stairs). It is served with private shower, kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, breakfast table and air-conditioning. Forming part of the first floor in our house, it is designed to accommodate two guests for short let holidays. Walking distance from Marsascala's promenade, rocky beaches, 100 metres away from bus stops and basic amenities. The space Our place has the convenience of being a private space, bright and cosy, yet not expensive. The balcony/entrance area offers light, air and an opportunity to relax. Swimming, walking and dining are just metres away. The kitchenette, though not equipped with oven/hob/basin, offers the opportunity to prepare snacks, breakfast or tea/coffee. Guest access Guests have access to the whole private studio apartment area: open plan bedroom with kitchenette and own private shower. Entrance is private through an outdoor flight of ten stairs. Other things to note This studio apartment is ideal for 2 adult guests only and for short lets. There are two stairs inside. There are only two beds and it is NOT equipped to host infants or children.
