In the quiet aviator district, this apartment is located in a protected building ensemble of the 1930s. Opposite there is a café and the room overlooks the large, green courtyard. The apartment on the second floor was lovingly renovated in 2012. Enjoy the tranquility in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the big city. To discover the big city, a bicycle is available. The beautifully landscaped courtyard invites you to linger, especially in summer. Guest access In the leafy courtyard you will find numerous seating options to take advantage of the sun there as well. During your stay I am mostly at home for work and you are welcome to notify me via WhatsApp or text message at other times. Other things to note You are welcome to borrow a bike from my inventory (for a fee) to explore Berlin with it. If you come by bike, I can lock it in the personal basement.
