Only 5 minute drive to A1, shops and a leisure centre / pool, as well as a shopping outlet with Next, Outfit, TK Max and Marks and Spencer amongst many. In the nearby town of Biggleswade you can find Asda, Aldi, Sainsbury's as well as local shops, banks and petrol stations. Short drive to the train station with direct, fast connections with London. Walking distance to a village pub. You will benefit from your own private bathroom and a conservatory / sitting area with a small fridge, kettle and a microwave. You are welcome to use our dining room, outdoor space, kitchen, dishwasher, washer dryer and relax in the garden. Towels and toiletries are provided in the room. Iron and ironing board available upon request. Anything else you need just ask! Guest access A bedroom, private bathroom and a conservatory / sitting area.
