Unique villa in Copenhagen with garden

Come and stay in one of Copenhagen's very unique patrician villas located in a lovely park on top of Bellahøj, which offers breathtaking views of Copenhagen's skyline. In our neighboring neighborhood Nordvest, you will find some of the most hip cafes and with only 10 minutes by bike or bus you will find yourself in the lively Nørrebro area, which is filled with cozy restaurants, quirky shops and nightlife venues. In addition, you can reach the city center in just 20 minutes. The space This spacious house is divided into two apartments, where our share consists of the ground floor and half of the first floor. On the ground floor, you will find two lovely large bedrooms, a large and bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a hall with stairs up to the first floor, and a large spacious entrance with space for all your outerwear, shoes and bags On the first floor, you will find the master bedroom along with a smaller room as well as a convenient extra toilet. The basement is divided by the two units and is dedicated to the laundry room, with a common washing machine and a drying room. In the laundry room, you will also find our common freezer and, in addition, you will find a room dedicated to the workshop. From the kitchen there is direct access to the "sun" terrace, with a large round table for the outdoor meal. In addition, the garden is filled with sun hooks, apple trees, raspberry bushes, a small sandbox and another terrace, where the evening sun illuminates our beautiful outdoor kitchen with a large grill, running water and an extra plus for, for example, cooking rice. Guest access The other part of the house (the rest of the 1st floor and 2nd floor) is owned by a lovely family consisting of two adults and a child living at home. They are very friendly and always ready to give a helping hand if necessary. Although we share the large garden with them, it is so spacious that it is not difficult to find a private corner. In addition, both terraces belong exclusively to our share, giving us a private outdoor oasis for relaxation and enjoyment.
