Our new room is on the first floor of our house. It has just been newly renovated and furnished. A nice large double bed, a desk, a smaller wardrobe with mirror doors and a charming cozy sofa offer plenty of opportunity to relax. Underfloor heating and a ventilation system ensure an excellent room climate. Electric shutters provide additional comfort. The space Furthermore, a great fully equipped large kitchen can be used. Washing machine and dryer and some other kitchen appliances are also available. Guest access A separate entrance to the apartment is provided. The guest will receive a key for the stay for a deposit of €50. The bathroom with a corner bathtub offers showers or baths with a spa character. A washing machine and dryer are available to all residents. The kitchen is shared by a maximum of 2 - 4 people. The large dining area in the kitchen can also be used. Overall, it is a beautiful, very spacious, complete apartment in a top location close to nature. Other things to note For cyclists, there is a closed option to store bicycles. Smaller bicycle repairs would also be possible. Parking for the car is available nearby and in front of the house. We live here in the mild Rhine Valley. More specifically, in the Ried. A very flat landscape criss-crossed with water arms of the Rhine and bike paths. On site is a very nice swimming lake, a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, general doctor, dentist, schools and kindergarten. A highlight of the town center is the ice cream parlor "Rimini", which is literally stormed in good weather.
