Comfortable studio between Annecy and Geneva!!

Very nice studio of 28 m2, its garden, its terraces and the heated pool 7/4 from mid-May to 09/31! Between Annecy and Geneva, a remarkable geographical location, splendid views of the mountains, private parking, plus hospitality! For sleeping (4 adults in all) discover its mezzanine as well as a sofa bed in the downstairs room, the bathroom is spacious and modern. The studio is attached to our house but completely independent, the pool is reserved for you. The space The studio is as ecological as possible, wood insulation, solar panels and heat pump, it is adjoining our house, but the spaces are distinct and everyone's privacy is therefore respected! Whatever the duration of your visit, at your disposal, you will find in quantity for the Dolce Gusto machine Coffee pods, tea, herbal teas... In terms of comfort, in addition to quality soap and shampoo (Occitane), toilet paper and new paper towels. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for 4, a combination oven, toaster, raclette machine, pots, pans, tea towels, games... In the garden, the heated pool (from 2021) measures 7 meters by 4 meters and has a wooden terrace with all the necessary quality, deckchairs, parasols, foutas provided if rented weekly. The pool is equipped with an electric secure closure, it is available from the beginning of May until the end of September!! In order to best respect the environment, we have installed solar panels coupled with a heat pump. The village, its church, its fountains, its small local shops, a mini football stadium accessible to all with its pétanque court! The Vuache, its trails, walks, hikes, the surrounding farms! On the passage of the Via Rhona (bike path) we have the possibility to store your bikes in the garage. Nearby, all shops, baker, cheese maker and butcher, authentic artisans of the region, exceptional products, the equestrian center "La Salamandre" (5 min), Fort l'Écluse, Varappe, via Ferrata (10 min), superb Water Park, summer and winter!(Vitam Parc, 15 min) and its very pleasant SPA, Tropicaland (small animal park), and of course Annecy and Geneva (25 and 20 min drive). A farm with dairy cows is also to be discovered 10 min walk. For a vacation, a relaxing weekend, a discovery or gourmet break, don't hesitate! For your information, the income generated by the rentals is reinvested in the equipment or helps us with our daughters' education.
