Very nice renovated small country house – small duplex 2/3 people (+/- 55 m2) – very quiet in the inner courtyard of an old 17th century farm, bordered by its meadows crossed by the Yères. The farm is no longer in operation. The space Located in the Yères Valley, the small village of Saint-Martin-le-Gaillard, with its listed 12th century church and its country setting, is 7 km from Criel-sur-Mer, its beach and the highest chalk cliffs in Europe. It is about 30 km from the Bay of Somme and Dieppe. Guest access Ground floor: 1 room with sitting area (TV), dining area (baby chair), kitchen area (fridge, microwave, gas stove, coffee machine), toilet, wood fireplace + electric heating. Small private garden with south-facing terrace area (table, sun loungers and barbecue). Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed (140 cm wide), 1 single bed), electric heating, shower room and sink. Other things to note Calm, nature, walks, sea and cliffs are the key words to define what awaits you. The cottage is close to the Baie de Somme and +/- 1 hour drive to Rouen and Amiens with their magnificent cathedrals.
