The Old Post Office

Spacious accommodation with use of beautiful gardens and heated swimming pool. Part of a 17th Century house in the Surrey hills village of Ewhurst. Good area for cycling, walking and access to NT properties. Close to Church and village shop. Pub is 5 minutes walk away. Short drive to Cranleigh with further shops and other eateries. The space Chris (and her 2 cats) will offer you a warm welcome and enjoy sharing their home with you. You will have the use of a double bedded room and bathroom with shower. There is also a small sitting room upstairs with TV for your use. Breakfast is served in the Dining room downstairs. There is a large garden with a swimming pool which is open from June to September that you are free to use. Guest access Guests can also access the downstairs Snug, a small sitting room with TV which is off the kitchen and has a wood burning stove for the winter as well as the dining room.. The bathroom is for sole use of guests and contains a large walk in shower, basin and WC. During your stay Chris will be in the property during your stay. Other things to note This is an old house with spiral stairs and some low beams. Sadly not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. The garden is on three levels but there is a sitting area outside the dining room if those steps are too difficult. Young children need to be monitored by adults carefully if outside as there is a Well(with cover) and swimming pool. Parking is directly outside the front of the house. Bicycles can be stored in the locked garage.
