This 1-bed home has its own front door and is situated on the same land ( same building completely different units) as a 4-bed house which you can also rent if you need space for more than 4 people. And it’s not only you and your pet dogs who are welcome here. OPEN PLAN LIVING AREA Accessed via a private entrance, the open concept of this house lets everyone enjoy the same space for relaxing, eating and socializing. Kick back on the couch and watch the flatscreen TV during those times you’re not outside. Use all the appliances in the modern kitchen to prepare snacks and meals to keep you going through your busy days. Fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (no stove)– they’re all here. There’s even a bar that seats 3 guests, a great place to grab breakfast or enjoy coffee or snacks during the day. Then when it’s time for sleep, make the most of the fact that the couch actually converts into a sleeper sofa, so you get space for 2 more guests to rest-up, ready for a new day. 1 BEDROOM For guests not using the sleeper sofa, there’s the bedroom which features a queen bed set in a pleasant room. There’s a walk-in closet area which is great for storing your belongings, so be sure to unpack when you arrive and make this your home for however long you’ve booked it. 1 BATHROOM You also have direct access from the bedroom to the bathroom, which features a wash basin, WC and a bathtub with shower overhead. Your host will ensure there are fresh towels here for you all to use. OUTSIDE SPACE You can arrange with the host to have shared use of the outside space (with whoever’s renting the 4 bed house next door). There’s also a corral that gives you somewhere safe to keep your horses if you have them, and there’s plenty of trailer parking space too for your vehicle, making this an ideal stop-off if you’re touring Utah with horses. So they will be on-hand to make sure you get any assistance or information you need while you’re here. You can choose to rent just this 1 bed house or the larger 4-bed house next door, or both. It’s up to you. If you are renting just this annex, you will need to arrange with the host if you need access to the yard, corral and dog kennel. But you will have automatic access to the trailer/vehicle parking area. I will try to stay in contact with you during your whole stay. Answer any questions as quickly as I can. Staying here, especially if you have pets and horses, gives you a great base from which to explore the local area. There are plenty of outdoor leisure activities to keep you busy. Not just volleyball and badminton on the court in the grounds of the house. But bike rides and hikes in the local area too. Plus opportunities to go on fishing and hunting trips. Torrey is the nearest local town and has a good selection of shops, bars, and restaurants so you can eat out, enjoy some local entertainment, and stock up the cupboards and fridge freezer back at the house with your favorite foods. A little further away but well worth a visit is the Capital Reef National Forest, a great photo opportunity as there’s some incredible scenery. And the Boulder Mountains can be easily reached from here too. It’s pretty essential to drive here. Whatever size your vehicle is, and even if you’re pulling a horse trailer, there’s plenty of parking space outside the house for you. This house has a mini split AC/heating system that controls the whole house. Temperature control is done through the owner that can be changed by contacting the host.
