The space An elegant semi furnished studio unit which is ideal to a family or small group of 4 persons. It has 1-queen bed which can accommodate 2 persons and a sofa bed for 2 persons. It has also built in closet/cabinet. The living/dining area is provided with 4-seater dining table with LCD TV mounted on the wall. The unit has microwave, electric kettle and fridge. Spacious toilet and bath has water heater for a cold/hot shower. Basic amenities are also provided. Need I say more? Of course, WIFI is also complimentary. Guest access Upon guest arrival, a tenancy contract will be signed. This serves as your pass to use the pool without any charge. Notary fee (Php400) shall be paid by the guest (otherwise, there is an option to pay pool fee to SMDC Admin on daily basis). Amenities include the following: Lounge and Main Lobby, Main Clubhouse with Function Rooms, Adult Swimming Pools, Kiddie Swimming Pools, Olympic-size Swimming Pool, Fitness Gym, Children's Play Area, Cabanas and Pavilions, Landscaped Gardens, Badminton Courts, Covered Basketball Court, Jogging Paths and Water Cascade Features. Some of the amenities require reservation and extra charge (e.g. clubhouse, basketball court). Guests are required to comply to the rules and regulations of the SMDC Grass Residences when using the amenities. Other things to note After booking is confirmed, scanned copy of valid ID of all guests will be required. Covered parking is available inside the SMDC Grass Residences. Additional fee applies.
